What happens when you sign
Six-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days' notice. One business or location per retainer. Advertising spend and third-party platform fees are separate. Here is exactly how it runs.
Week 1
Everything gets collected
- Kickoff call. Access to hosting, domain, Google Business Profile, WhatsApp Business, ad accounts, CRM — anything that exists today.
- Nothing gets touched until access is confirmed working.
- We audit what exists: your site speed, your local rankings, how fast enquiries are being answered now.
- The dashboard goes up on day one so you can watch the work.
Weeks 2–4
The build
- Website, profile, citations, automation flows, templates, dashboard wiring — built in parallel, not in sequence.
- Everything is tested against real scenarios: a real enquiry at 11pm, a lead that goes quiet, a job that closes.
- You see progress daily in the dashboard, not in a slideshow at the end.
Launch and live
Then the machine runs
- Launches inside 21 days of receiving what we need, in writing.
- Monthly report in plain language: enquiries, close rate, what changed, what changes next.
- Tests run, copy adjusts, follow-ups improve. The system compounds.
What we need from you
- Access to existing accounts — hosting, domain, Google, WhatsApp
- Photos of your work, your premises and your team
- Honest answers about your numbers: average job value, close rate, capacity

Once we have access and content from you, everything in your package is live within 21 days, or you do not pay that month.

Your assets are your assets
Domain, website files, Google Business Profile, ad accounts and lead database live in accounts you own. If we part ways, everything transfers.

After the minimum term, cancel with 30 days' notice and take everything with you. We keep clients by being useful, not by contract.
Honest limits
What we will not promise
No guaranteed rankings or revenue numbers.
Anyone who guarantees you page one on Google is guessing or lying. What we guarantee is the system: the speed, the follow-up, the visibility work, done properly, reported honestly.
We do not run ads until the back end holds.
Driving paid traffic into a business that replies in three hours is burning your money faster. Scale exists for when the machine is proven.
Results still need you.
The system catches and qualifies the lead. Closing it — the site visit, the quotation, the handshake — is yours. A faster response rate cannot fix a price the market will not pay.

The systems work anywhere, but pricing, payment rails and WhatsApp templates are built for Malaysia first.
What if I already have a website?
Then the audit takes fifteen minutes and tells you whether to keep it or replace it. Roughly half the sites we look at are costing more in lost enquiries than a rebuild would.
Can I start with Foundation and upgrade later?
