ASKCOHUB — the operating system behind ASKCO
I created ASKCOHUB as a connected operating platform for ASKCO's corporate advisory work: client records, documents, transactions, payments, communication and the workflows linking them. Its live payment gateway accepts FPX, cards, e-wallets and DuitNow QR, while bilingual WhatsApp templates support consistent client communication.

Operational impact
ASKCOHUB supports operational work serving approximately 300–400 ASKCO client businesses. It gives the team one traceable place for records, documents, payments and workflow status, reducing repeated copying between inboxes, chats and spreadsheets and making handoffs easier to follow.
Why it matters to you: ASKCOHUB demonstrates ownership of the entire system lifecycle — from operational problem and architecture through production deployment, debugging and long-term maintenance.

ASKCO Corporate Advisory — public website connected to ASKCOHUB
ASKCO's public website is separate from its internal operating platform, but the two work together. Enquiries are written into ASKCOHUB as structured records — no inbox, copy-paste step or spreadsheet in between. Leads arrive tagged and ready to work.
Why it matters to you: This is precisely the plumbing between your website, your WhatsApp and your records that stops leads from evaporating.
A company-wide platform consolidating clients, jobs, staff workflow and data pipelines into one system with roles and reporting, replacing scattered spreadsheets and chat threads.
Why it matters to you: Multi-module systems with permissions and reporting are the hardest kind to get right. This one is nearly shipped.
LiveBuild, DNS, on-page SEO
Top Gun Consultancy — official website and on-page SEO
Corporate website built and deployed, Cloudflare DNS configured, on-page SEO worked through Google Search Console: indexing, page structure, titles and the search queries actually bringing people in.
Why it matters to you: The exact visibility work sold in the Foundation package, already done on a live commercial site.

Internal system for a corporate secretarial firm covering client records, statutory documents and the workflow between them — designed from the start to be reconfigured and redeployed to other co-sec firms rather than rebuilt.

A four-workflow architecture — sourcing, audit, personalisation, cadence — over a Supabase data layer, sending and receiving WhatsApp through Wabot. It sources prospects, audits their web presence automatically, personalises the opening message and runs the follow-up cadence.
