What is deliberately not in the price
Advertising spend goes directly to Meta or Google, never through us — you keep the account and the receipts. WhatsApp API and third-party platform fees are billed at cost. Taxes excluded. Custom system development is quoted separately, because pretending a bespoke build fits in a RM1,990 retainer would be a lie you would discover in month two.
